- Uppercase and lowercase letters are different within passwords. Please check that you are entering in the correct values.
- Is the keyboard capslock turned on while typing the password? Please check that the keyboard capslock is disabled while entering the password.
- While passwords are case-sensitive, usernames are case-insensitive. That is, uppercase and lowercase letters are treated the same within a username.
